This stitch design is the same as the one in my Fractured Glass Beanie. I loved the stitch so much I thought it would work nicely for some cozy patterns.
This pattern has description for four different cozies:

Water Bottle Cozy
This is a great use of leftover yarns and super quick to work up. You will need two contrasting color of yarns and you can mix and match using acrylic and cotton.
