Frances Frilly Pixie Bonnet
The bonnet starts with the frill and is knitted flat until you get to the crown.
The neckband is knitted from stitches picked from the edge of the stranded colorwork. Straps are knitted from stitches at the edge of the neckband.
No seaming!
