FRANCESCA is worked seamlessly from the top down, with short rows for neck shaping and raglan increases. Neckband and cuffs are worked in ribbing k1, p1. The pattern provides instructions for short sleeves and two versions of long sleeves.

MATERIAL

Our sample was knit with: HERZFASERN N°32, 100 % wool (Merino superfine), 600m./100g.

GAUGE

26 sts x 34 rows in stockinette on larger needles for 4 x 4 inch (10 x 10 cm), gauge swatch washed.

NEEDLES

Circular needles and dpns (or magic loop) US4 (3,5 mm) and US2.5 (3 mm), or needle size required to obtain gauge.
