This pattern was created after being asked to make “Frank the Rabbit” from the Donnie Darko movie. I had no idea who Frank the Rabbit was…I went searching on google…found this scary looking bunny character and this is the result of my interpretation of him into crochet form.

This product is a DIGITAL PDF PATTERN on how to make the rabbit. It is not a physical item to buy. You need to be able to crochet in order to make the product following the instructions in the digital download.

The digital download is a 14 page PDF document that contains very detailed instructions and 50 photos in order to help you make the item as described and as easily as possible.

Finished size: 9.5 inches (24cm) tall and 2.5 inches (6cm) wide.
Hook size: 3.5 mm - be guided by your yarn type and tension 3mm - 4mm will be ok
Yarn weight: DK/8ply - I used flinders 100% cotton (Australian Brand) Any 100% cotton 8 ply will be fine.

Yarn colors:
Dark grey - Body of rabbit - Full skein mine was 115m yardage.
Light Grey - small amount for mask and ears
White - scrap amount for eyes and teeth
Black - scrap amount for nose embroidery

Stitch markers
Scissors
Stuffing
Tapestry needle

Crochet Stitches used in Pattern:
Chain, sc, hdc, BLO, MR, slip stitch, invisible and regular decreases.

Difficulty:
Intermediate. Crocheted in the round and in Rows.
