Franky Corn
Last minute Halloween decoration
Here is the Franky Corn…Easy…Cute…Fast…
This pattern is for beginner/easy crocheters who are familiar with MR, sl st, sc, inc, 3 sc inc in 1 st, dec, FLO, BLO terms and have some sewing/embroidering skills. Written in English with US terminology. Franky Corn is crocheted in continuous rounds with yarn under (YU) technique, a 2 mm (0) hook, and Schachenmayr - Baby Smiles Suavel - 50g/366 m (1.75 oz/400yds), this way you will end up with a ~ 8 cm (3 in) item. Also the increases and the decreases are made with the invisible technique. Use stitch markers (or a piece of contrasting yarn) for the beginning of the rows.
You can crochet it with YO technique and with the simple increase and decrease too, but the finished item will be slightly different. Use any other kind of yarn just adjust the hook size.
Keep in mind that the measurements are for the specified yarn and hook size.
Abbreviation in the pattern (not explained later):
3 sc inc in 1 st - 3 single crochet increase in the next stitch
… at the end of the row - total number of stitches
(…)x… - repeat instructions in parentheses x times
