Frannie the Friesian Cow
Frannie, the pretty little Friesian cow, can’t wait to get out into the field after the morning milking to catch up with her friends and graze on the rich grass. Chewing is her favourite… She sits 8.5 inches tall (when made with the recommended materials).
The 11 page pattern is intermediate skill level and is available in US and UK terminology – both versions will be available for you to download. It is clear to follow with detailed instructions and lots of pictures for step by step making and assembly. There are also picture instructions for colour change, back loop only, invisible finish and the tail.
The following stitches/techniques are used in this pattern:
US Terminology - slip stitch, magic ring, single crochet, increase, decrease (sc2tog), colour change, back loop only, invisible finish
UK Terminology - slip stitch, magic ring, double crochet, increase, decrease (dc2tog), colour change, back loop only, invisible finish
