Fraoch is Scots Gaelic for “heather”. We love the way this gorgeous gradient miniskein set reminds us of the purple, white and green heather that covers many of Scotland’s hillsides. There’s nothing like descending through the heather on a warm summer evening after a day of hillwalking.

We work from the top down using a simple yoked construction, all edgings are finished in neat twisted ribbing, and it’s a completely seamless knit. We give instructions for 9 sizes to fit bust 70-155 cm/28–62”, plus many options for customization. You can make it a full length tee, knit the cropped version, add waist shaping if desired and play with different colours to your heart’s content!
