Materials you will need to make this toy:

Worsted weight yarn (various colors)
A pair of 3 mm knitting needles (US Size 2)
Matching sewing thread and a sewing needle
Polyester for stuffing
two stitch holders
Crochet

In order to be able to make this toy, you will need to know basics of knitting:
Casting on and off
Knit, purl, increase, knit two stitches together
Crochet (basics)
