FREDDIE FOX SCARF KNITTING PATTERN
This is a pdf pattern for a fox scarf. The scarf knits up quickly in chunky yarn and the fox toy embellishment on the pocket is simple to make. The scarf has a pocket at each end for keeping little hands warm, carrying treasures or turning the fox toy into a little hand puppet!

SIZE
The scarf pattern gives instructions and materials for a scarf of 1.5m long, but the length can be adjusted for larger or smaller people simply by knitting more pattern repeats in the main body of the scarf.

MATERIALS
The scarf is knitted in chunky yarn with the fox toy knitted in DK in matching colours. You will need 4.5oz / 263 yards (130 g / 240 metres) bulky / chunky yarn in orange and 1oz / 66 yards (30 g / 60 metres) bulky / chunky yarn in white for the scarf. The fox toy requires 1.5oz / 88 yards (40g / 80 metres) light worsted / DK yarn in orange, 0.1oz / 6.5 yards (3g / 6 metres) light worsted / DK yarn in white, scraps of light worsted / DK yarn in black and 0.4oz (10g) carded fleece, or lightweight stuffing.
