This simple, repetitive short row pattern is enjoyable to knit and easy to learn. Although it is shaped with short rows, there is no need to “wrap and turn”. Just allow those holes to be intentional eyelets.

Shawl pattern appears on January 12, 2005 calendar page, and is also available on the ball band of the yarn and as a printed page from some LYS. Worked in simple garter stitch wedges, this shawl is warm and cozy. The gauge is very open and loose for this shawl.
