The Yampa River is one of the few free-flowing rivers in the western United States. A free-flowing river bank is filled with abundant plant life in the riptarian zone. The Free-Flowing Hat’s slipped stitch ladders climb from brim to crown.

The stitches show off hand-dyed or variegated yarns beautifully. The hat is designed in 4 sizes in Aran weight yarn. The pattern has both written and charted instructions.
