This garment combines the warmth of wool with the softness of mohair for the perfect transitional piece that you’ll wear day after day. The oversized cowl neck creates an effortlessly classic style, and the easy ribbed bottom gently hugs the body to keep things cozy.

The wide bell sleeves offer just a bit of boho, and the thumbholes complete the look. Of course you could omit the thumbholes, but you’ll regret it for sure! Trust me on this one.

Mohair makes everything COZY! Even faux mohair. If it’s a thin, soft, fuzzy yarn, you can use it with this pattern!

Options are given for marled version, colorblock version, cowl neck, and crew neck.

Needles: US 13 (9 mm)16”, US 15 (10 mm) 16” and 40”, US 17 (12 mm) 16” circulars.
Yarn: Lion Brand Fisherman’s wool, medium worsted #4 in Brown Heather, held together with 1 strand of Hip Mohair in Latte Lover.

You may use any similar yarn that comes close to gauge. You want this garment to be light and lofty, with a cozy vibe, so if you can swing it, don’t skip the mohair (or faux mohair!) TIP: Shop your stash and use 2 strands of anything that comes close to gauge for the best scrappy accessory EVER!

Approximate yardage: 250 (270, 285, 310, 325) (350, 370, 390, 410) for sizes XS, (S, M, L, XL) (2X, 3X, 4X, 5X) / Bust sizes 30”, 34”, 38”, 42”, 46”, 50”, 54”, 58”, 62”
