The French Berry Beret is a crochet beret worked from top to bottom.
It is a very simple project, very beginner friendly and quick to make too!
The measurements and instructions are all written, so you can make it with a variety of yarn weights (hence the no gauge, yarn weight or hook info).

All in all, this is quite a simple pattern, good for advanced beginners or intermediary crocheters (but with google and YouTube in hand, even one who has never had a hook in hand before will be able to make it!).
