This calculation was based on Stylecraft Special DK yarn and hook size of 3.75mm. Gauge: 5 stitched and 5 rows=1 inch

This pattern is divided into 8 sections (large size) and 5 sections (small size) and is worked from the bottom up. I would suggest using the Knit Companion app (my personal preference as it is brilliant and saves on printer ink and paper), but I have also included layout instructions for the charts if you prefer to print out your pages.
