This heart design is inspired by Frida Kahlo - as part of my History and Arts (HARTS) collection.

You can also make the heart in a single colour, as a 3D heart. I’ll give you some options and samples to help!

I used a fingering weight cotton yarn.

Use any yarn you wish. It will change the size but there’s nothing to stop you going larger or smaller.

I used Hobbii Rainbow 8/4 Cotton 50g balls. Less than 25g of each colour used. This yarn produced a 12cm x 12cm heart.
