A crochet pattern for a hot water bottle cover, decorated with the iconic Frida Kahlo . Who better to snuggle up to for inspiration on a cold winter’s night?

The pattern contains full step-by-step instructions, tips and photographs as a guide. I have designed this pattern to be manageable at an advanced beginner level. To complete it you will need to be able to make a magic ring, chain, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, skip, increase, and have basic sewing skills. There are many useful tutorials online if you are unfamiliar with any of the stitches used.
