This little Frida Amigurumi is inspired by the life and art of Frida Kahlo, it is a small tribute and it also reflects my love for Mexico.

Say hello to Little Frida.

I have designed this pattern with great care and thought so that you can crochet Frida with your favorite colors, in the pattern you will find 3 versions of Frida and it includes a template so that you can color and make your own version.

Size: 7 inches (26 cms.) tall, using 4 ply weight yarn with a 2.75 mm crochet hook.
For your own doll you can use the type of yarn you prefer, it will get higher or lower, but it will be equally beautiful.

Difficulty: Intermediate. I tried to be as detailed as possible in my descriptions. I also included some graphics to make the explanations easier to understand.

Required skills: Crocheting in spiral, crocheting in rounds, chain, slipstitch, single and double crochet stitch, increasing and decreasing.

Some of the materials you will need:
2.75 mm crochet hook (US size 2/C)
3.25 mm crochet hook (US size 3/D)
Soft stuffing (Polyester, wadding, poly fiber fill, etc.)
8 - 10 mm Security eyes (doll)
Tapestry needle, stitch marker, scissors pen.
2 Pipe cleaner for head support
2 Buttons – 6 mm for blouse and skirt
