Friday Vest
The Friday Vest is worked top down with little seaming! Starting with the back and working to armhole before placing on stitch holders. The fronts are picked up separately before joining and working down to armhole shaping, then the piece is joined in the round before ribbing at the hem. The neck is picked up and worked in the round and seamed. The armholes are worked with a crochet hook in a contrasting colour.
SIZE:
Available in 9 sizes. Below is the finished garment measurements. The length is customisable.
Bust: 81 (91, 102 112 122) (132, 142, 152, 157) cm / 32 (36, 40, 44, 48) (52, 56, 60, 62) inches finished bust measurement; garment is meant to be worn with approximately 5 cm / 2 inches of ease.
Armhole Depth: 21.5 (23, 25.5, 25.5, 27) (28, 29, 30.5, 32) cm / 8.5 (9, 10, 10, 10.5) (11, 11.5, 12, 12.5).
YARN:
If you use the same yarn as in the pattern, you will need 2 (3, 3, 3, 4) (4, 5, 5, 5) skeins of the Main Colour, and 1 skein of the Contrasting Colour from Wool and the Gang’s ‘Crazy Sexy Wool’.
Estimated Meterage: 173 (201, 234, 256, 284) (312, 340, 372, 393) metres / 189 (220, 256, 280, 311) (341, 372, 407, 439) yards.
