Friend Shaped Sheep
Introducing the Friend Shaped Sheep! This is an intermediate pattern. There are some more complicated crochet stitches used, such as popcorns, bobbles, and stitches worked only in the front or back loop. The pattern includes different customization options for the wool on your sheep, using either bobbles or popcorns to get your desired amount of floofiness.
This friendly sheep can be made using any weight of yarn- just adjust your hook size accordingly. Gauge is not important, just be sure that you like the fabric you’re creating!
As is the case with a lot of amigurumi, you don’t need a lot of yarn to make this sheep. Even when working in bulky blanket yarn, I never used more than one skein of any color. As such, this could be a great stash buster project!
This is my first published pattern, so feel free to email me with your questions or input. Feedback is greatly appreciated!
