This pattern is for a wall hanging with a polar bear wearing a stocking cap and a red scarf around his neck.

Approximately 2,195 yards of crochet thread required: 1,135 yards beige, 730 yards white, 205 yards red, 125 yards green and small amount of brown. Other supplies: buttons 3/4” in diameter for eyes and 2,223 plastic rings 7/16” in diameter measured on the outside and 4/16” measured on the inside.

Wall hanging is made by crocheting around each plastic ring and joining them together to create a picture. Finished size: 35 3/4” high {57 rings} and 24 1/2” wide {39 rings}.
