Friendy Lesia is the sweetest freedom-loving girl from Ukraine. She likes gathering flowers to put in her wreath, doing some embroidery and baking bread. Her freshly baked bread and buns smell so good that the villagers can’t help but come by her house to eat some! Lesia never resists to treat her friends with everything she bakes and even more, she always has an apple pie at the ready, just in case the boy she loves stops by. He doesn’t know about her feelings yet, but he is always ready for a delicious piece of apple pie! Lesia is a gentle girl, but you’d better not mess with her, because she knows how to stand her ground!

Lesia has a very special companion, known as the Unbreakable Rooster. He is one of the symbols of willpower and resistance of the Ukrainian nation. At the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine in early 2022, the enemy forces destroyed many civilian buildings in Borodyanka, a city northwest of Kyiv. In a half-standing building, on the wall of a bombed-out apartment, there was a clearly visible kitchen cabinet that, surprisingly, did not fall off. Despite all the destruction, this kitchen cabinet continued to hang on the wall. And on top of it, there was a rooster-shaped ceramic jug that withstood the explosion and remained absolutely untouched. This rooster quickly became one of the symbols of the Unbreakable Ukrainian spirit!

The Friendies are little cuties that live in children’s rooms, in old boxes full of toys. Most of the time, they look like ordinary toys, but they come to life once the room is empty. The Friendies then leave their box on tiptoe and put the toys scattered around the room back to their usual places. Sometimes, when they feel very tired, the Friendies fall asleep on the bed, not making it back to their box. When you find a Friendy laying on the bed, then you clearly think that it was you who put her there. But if you ever look through the keyhole before you enter the room, you will probably see your Friendy silently walking around, collecting and putting the toys away.

These little cuties are great helpers and will be very happy to settle in every children’s room. Your kids are gonna love them! Make a Friendy!
