This is a fun and addictive project, knit sideways for vertical slimming “stripes.” Simple slip stitches and color changes make for a very attractive pattern stitch. It is PERFECT for mini-skein sets supplemented with leftovers and additional mini-skeins. I love playing with color, and this pattern allows you free reign to do so. Advice for choosing yarn and changing colors is included in the pattern.

Because this is knit sideways, row gauge is VERY important. sideways knits do tend to stretch downward, so your WIP may look smaller than you anticipate.

Sizes are:
Small to fit bust size 34” to 37”
Medium to fit bust size 38” to 42”
Large to fit bust size 43” to 46”
X Large to fir bust size 47” to 50”

Gather up more solid or tonal skeins than variegated. For example, the finished size large used 300 Gr and approximately 1200 yards, but I gathered up extras just in case.
