My inspiration for these Socks came from Broderie (Anglaise) Lace Frills you find on shirts, dresses or skirts as inserts or edgings.
Yarn:
White Socks: Cascade Heritage Solids 100g in colour Limestone (75% Superwash Merino Wool 25% Nylon) | Light Fingering weight | 4Ply | 437yds (400m)
Tweed Socks: Stroll Tweed 50g in colour Oyster Heather (65% Fine Superwash Merino 25% Nylon 10% Donegal Tweed) | Light Fingering Weight | 4Ply | 231yds (211m)
Light and Dark Brown Socks: Cloudborn Highland Superwash Sock Twist 50g in colour Shaela Heather and Espresso Heather (80% Wool 20% Polyamide) | High twist/strong Fingering Weight | 4Ply | 178yds (163m)
Needles:
2.5mm ( US 1.5 ) | 2.25mm ( US 1 )
For samples used Addi 9inch and Chiaogoo 9inch circular needles.

Stitch markers or scrap yarn
Gauge:
36 STS / 50 Rounds = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 inch, knitted in the round in stockinette stitch and blocked => using 2.5mm (US 1.5) needles
45 STS / 50 Rounds = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 inch, knitted in the round in stockinette stitch and blocked => using 2.25mm (US1) needles
Sizes:
1 (2) 3 (4). Finished Sock circumference: 17 / 22 / 27 / 32cm ( 6.7 / 8.6 / 10.6 / 12.6inch ) with roughly 2cm negative ease. Skeins of 100g sock yarn = 1 (1) 1 (2) for 1 pair of socks.
Skeins of 50g sock yarn = 2 (2) 2 (3) for 1 pair of socks.

Yarn Over Short Row Heel supported with a video link for visual reference.
