There’s more to ruffle yarn than scarves!

By pairing the ruffle yarn with a worsted weight you can make a pretty little skirt that isn’t quite a tutu, but not a typical skirt either.

Skirt is knit inside out and from the bottom up.

For sizing purposes, child shown in my pictures is a US size 6 slim
