Yarn : Worsted Weight (4) And Variegated yarn.
I used Red Heart Super Saver

Stitches:
Chain (ch)
Single Crochet (sc)
Half Double Crochet (hdc)

Size: 9 inch neck, Pattern is easily adjusted

Gauge: 3 chs =1 inch
