Make the perfect frog hat for a warm, sunny day ! You can make a frilly, wavy, or flat brimmed hat. Feel free to experiment with different face designs to give your froggie hat a unique personality (please tag me on IG @punk.crochetier so I can see your lovely creations!)

The pattern can be used to make 17” to 24.5” circumference hats, and has been thoroughly tested by many lovely folks. It is suitable for beginners, and is written in US crochet terms.

You’ll need:

• a yarn/tapestry needle
• worsted weight yarn (i recommend using cotton yarn; up to 150-180 yards of the main color depending on brim type) i used Lily Sugar n Cream in Sage Green, Black, White, Coral Rose, and Red
• crochet hook: 6.00mm (if you crochet tightly), 5.5 mm, or 5.00 (if you crochet loosely)
