Frog Hat
by Jane Bibby
Simple hat worked in dc (sc in the US!). Options for frog prince or red-eyed tree frog design. Very easy pattern to adapt:
-work 3 or 4 eyes and you have a monster/alien
-make frog prince eyes and work the hat in blue, place the eyes closer together and slightly cross eyed and you have a famous biscuit (cookie) loving monster! (make an extra ‘eye’ just in yellow to make a nose, work the hat in red and you have another of his fuzzy friends)
There are lots of variations you can try just play with the pattern and colours and make it your own!
Designed to be very snug so if using a less stretchy yarn, such as cotton, I would suggest going up a size.
