A dress with a fabric skirt for your dotpebbles’ frog

Note: basic sewing skills are needed for this one! Or a friend that can hem the edges of the fabric for you. I’ve also used 2 inch ribbon cut to about 10 inches with hand sewing a running stitch

Supplies:
Fabric (4x10 inches) with hemmed edges
Yarn and needles to match gauge of frog
Tapestry needle
