Ruffled dress with picot edge and a cable motif. The cable design it meant to resemble a mushroom, but looks more leaf like.

The dress is worked flat, from the bottom up. The straps are i-cord. I used slightly larger needles then I used to make my Frog but the same yarn weight. (My Frog was made with worsted yarn and US2 needles)
