I knitted this t-shirt for a 13.5cm (5.3 inch) frog, but I think it would work for smaller frogs too. If you use a different yarn the size may vary.

Needles = 2.5мм-US 1.5
Markers for yarn
Needle for stitching yarn

ABBREVIATIONS:
K = Knit
P = Purl
inc = increase
st/ sts = stitch/stitches
Kfb = knit into front then into back of stitch to increase by one stitch
Pfb = purl into front then knit into back of stitch to increase by one stitch
PM = place marker
SM = slip marker.
