Frosted Animal Cookie Garland
When I was little, a bag of pink and white animal cookies was such a cute and exciting treat. Every time I see these cookies now, they make me smile! Hang up this sweetly nostalgic garland for someone’s special party or for sprinkling sugar over any room any day. You can also use this pattern to make adorable brooches. Just use a lighter weight yarn and a smaller hook size, crochet two of whichever animal you like, leave off the bordering round of single crochet, and sew the two shapes together like a tiny pillow with some polyester stuffing inside. If pink and white isn’t your color palette, you can use a light tan yarn to make yourself some animal crackers. Get wild!
