Inspired by the Frosting Hat, the first project kit included in the Expedition YarnScout Club. The same techniques are applied here to create this fuzzy, warm neck accessory that will be welcome on a chilly day! We highly recommend using the Hedgehog Fibres yarns listed for this project to create the same soft halo as shown.
