Size 4 Yarn in two colors (I used Red Heart Soft in Mid Blue and Off White)
US J/6 mm Crochet Hook
Yarn Needle
Scissors

Gauge:

Finished size (teen/adult small): 7.5” tall (not including pom pom), band circumference: 20”
