Every little princess needs a crown, right? I think so too! That being said, whenever I made the Elsa crown for my oldest daughter’s birthday my other two girls declared they needed crowns with hair as well!.

One of the princess crown requests was Anna from the ever so popular Disney movie, Frozen.

After trying my hand at designing a custom ordered Maleficent Crown, I knew I had to design my own Anna crown as well. One of my favorite things about these crowns is the hair!

Growing up I had such a tender head I wasn’t allowed to have long hair. It never wanted to brush it or maintain it because of how much it hurt to deal with and so, short haircuts (sometimes TOO short if you ask me) were easier maintenance on this tomboy!

So to me, the idea of a princess crown with long locks just seems like a dream! Okay so maybe I’m living a little vicariously through my crochet and knitting projects…but that’s alright!
