ABOUT
A light and airy triangular-shaped shawl knit from the bottom up with a fingering weight sock yarn and a mohair-silk, lace weight yarn. Combined, these two yarns create the most delicate, wispy fabric – perfect for most spring days! Use up those scraps of sock yarn or that advent calendar yafrom last year. Super simple, fast to knit, and uses under 100 g of yarn. Makes the perfect gift knit!

YARN
You can use 400 yards of ANY fingering wt yarn (or a heavier weight yarn if you’d like a larger shawl) plus 100 yards of ANY lace weight silk-mohair yarn.

For my sample, I used 8 (10g/.35 oz) mini-skeins in a variety of color(s) for the stripes and one (20g/.70 oz) mini-skein for the border plus (20 g/.70 oz) of mohair-silk in MC.
