Gauge: 26 sts in stranded colorwork in stockinette stitch using 3 mm/US 2.5 needle measures 10 cm/4” across.
Needles: 2.5 mm/US 1.5 and 3 mm/US 2.5 DPNs and circular needles (40 and 80 cm/16 and 32”). 2.75 mm/US C and 0.75 mm/US 13 crochet hook. Adjust needle size as needed to match gauge.
Notions: 4-5 buttons (8-10 if you are making the jacket), 4 mm/5/0 glass beads with a silver core, 1.5 m/5.4 yds velvet ribbon, about 1 cm/0.5” wide.
