A unique and fun poncho for any toddler. They will enjoy wearing it as much as you enjoy knitting it. Perfect for ages 3-6. This can be worn as a sweater indoors in the winter and outside as a lightweight coat in the Fall and Spring. This poncho is knit from the neck down. Sample was knit with GGH Tara (cotton/ acrylic),Katia Sonrisa (multi- colored yarn) and Filatura Di Crosa Bon Bon (textured yarn).
Materials:
110 yards of a solid aran weight yarn
220 yards of a solid aran weight yarn
150 yards of a solid aran weight yarn
100 yards of a multi-colored sport-aran weight yarn
100 yards of a textured yarn
2 extra large buttons
#9 circular needle
stitch markers
