Funfetti Crop Tank
This pattern will be released and available for purchase on Friday, September 29th, 2023!
Overview
The Funfetti Crop Tank was inspired by my lifelong love of funfetti cake, and my complete adoration of how speckled yarns look in crochet stitches. This top is a cropped boxy tank that is light and perfect for summer, or layering in colder weather.
This is a simple stitch pattern, so let the yarn you choose shine! Create your own using speckled yarns, variegated yarn, solids, stripes, or even leftover bits and bobs. Reminiscent of my favorite dessert when crocheted in rainbow speckled colorways, it will make you feel like an absolute snack once you slip it on!
Construction
This cropped tank top is crocheted top-down by crocheting 2 panels separately, then seaming them together. A border and straps are added to the top of the front panel and the lace hem is added at the very end.
