Description
Fungus Top Light is a feminine and timeless top with a classic and simple cut. The top features a small slit in the back that closes with a small tie. The top has a double-knit band at the top across the chest and a single moss stitch pattern, which is double height on the rest of the body. The top can be knitted with thin shoulder straps, which can either be made adjustable with small buckles or tied at the top of the shoulder or attached. The top can also be knitted with wide shoulder straps that are attached and thus not adjustable. Both the shoulder straps and the back tie are knitted in double knit. The finishing edge on the body is an I-Cord edge. The top is made to fit under Fungus Shawl Cardigan Light.

Materials
100 (100) 100 (100) 150 (150) 150 g Alpaca 1 from Isager Yarn (400 m/50 g) or a similar alpaca quality, e.g., Baby Alpaca 100% from Smuksak (200 m/25 g) held together with 100 (100) 100 (150) 150 (150) 200 g Trio 1 from Isager Yarn (350 m/50 g).

In addition to the yarn, you will need 5 stitch markers that can be opened like safety pins.

If you choose to knit the thin straps and want them to be adjustable instead of attached or tied, you will need an adjustment set – 2 small rings and 2 small buckles – which can be purchased here:
