I adore bold and bright colors. My favorite combination is lime green, turquoise, and orange. While mulling over how to sneak my favorite color combo into this book, it suddenly struck me that they’d look absolutely breathtaking in an old-fashioned pattern like argyle. The old made new—I love it! This afghan is worked in a fairly simple color work pattern, with the diagonal stitches applied at the end using the surface crochet technique.
