These are absolutely gorgeous fabulous, funky, feather & fan, fingerless gloves and they are ideal for quick wintery presents - the short version being 40 rows long only.

BUT don’t let winter be the only call to knit. These can be created of any yarn from sexy silky mixes to mohair or cotton or soy or just any yarn that takes your fancy that will knit at the required tension.

The Yarn is DK or 8 ply, knitted on 4 mm needles. The pattern is in three lengths - short, medium and long. The long ones extend about 4 inches above the elbow. The gloves can be knitted with feather and fan, as in my purple example, or with a section of stocking stitch and rib in the middle with Feather and fan at both ends as in my green example.

They are knitted in the round so there is little finishing to do when knitting is completed.

The design is a great stash buster - the short pair 50 gm, and the long version 100 gm, and they take very little time to create, and are gorgeous to boot.
