Supplies Needed:
1 Set, Size 15, Double Pointed Needles
1 Crochet Hook, in size J, or similar, larger size
1 Tapestry Needle
25-30 Yards (depending on size of hat), Super Bulky Yarn, in Blue (buyer’s guide included), 5 Wraps Per Inch (Note: I purchased one, 50 yard skein, and made one each, of both sizes).
5-10 Yards of Extra Bulky Yarn (4 Wraps Per Inch), in green, depending on how many twists you would like…OR 1/4-1/2 Ounce Wool Roving (shown in pink)….Pictures show some hats, with less twists; some with more.
Skills Needed:
Knitting in round, on double pointed needles; Purl; SSK, or K2tog
