Hugger is a Funmigurumi dog. One of my own designs. It is a very easy pattern and a wonderful way to start making Amigurumi animals if you have never tried them.
So that my toys will not be allergenic, I prefer to use worsted weight Acrylic yarn. I mostly use Red Heart because it is readily available and it generally has a variety of colos. This particular pattern uses about half a skein of Bright Yellow, and the same for Paddy green, the rest are just scraps. I prefer to make my toys bright and colorful because children enjoy them a whole lot more!
