Furballs’ Flat Scallop Hat is an adult hat with the following measurements (pre block):

Circumference x Height 19” x 8 1/2” / 48.3 cm x 21.6 cm
Rib brim in circumference 20” / 50.8 cm
Negative ease for brim 3 1/2” / 8.9 cm for circumference (stretch up to 23 1/2” / 59.7 cm)

It is knitted in flat rows and the free side edges are joined using three (3) needle bind off. Designed with a bottom scallop edge and a whimsical flower pattern to give it an unique look. It is written in one (1) colour and one (1) string.
