This fuzzy knit mittens pattern is an excellent project for anyone who wants to work with textured yarn.

• DESCRIPTION
The mittens are easy to make, with advanced beginner or intermediate knitters in mind.
Using knit and purl stitches, you will create ribbing, for the cuff, knit a basic cable stitch, knit in the round and it will also introduce you to decreasing and shaping.
This pair of mittens will be super cosy to wear in the cold weather.
The pattern features photographs of the steps and the finished items.
Yarn
1 ball of Rico Baby Teddy Aran 50g/145m in 024 Dark Grey.
1 ball of DK yarn - La Mia Just Wool 50g/116m in Lt008 Smoked Grey.
Suitable for size 4 mm (US 6) needles.
Lightweight Yarn 03 (any DK, light worsted, 8 ply yarn)
Needles
Set of 4 mm (US 6) 9” or 16″ circular knitting needles.
4 mm (US 6) 9” circular knitting needles.
4 mm (US 6) 16″ circular knitting needles.
Alternatively, you can use 4mm (US 6) double-pointed needles.

Level – Easy
This is an easy level knitting pattern and the techniques involved are the knit stitch, purl stitch, increasing, decreasing and working in the round.

Length lying flat = 9 inches
Width lying flat = 4.5 inches
