This is the 1st pattern that I made, so it is a pretty simple one. The entire thing is knit in the round, and if you so chose, there are no seams to be sewn. I used two different colors held together for the main and contrasting colors to get an interesting effect with the main color showing through the fuzzy yarn.

This is a very flexible pattern. You can easily adjust it to fit any size pillow by changing the gauge or by adding/removing stitches or rows.
