Gabrielle
Here is a simple and delicate short sleeve sweater as I like them with a nice neckline in the front and a touch of lace on the sleeves and each side of the body.
When I saw the knitted result, I decided to name it Gabrielle in memory of my grandmother, who was sweet, elegant, and refined.
.
This sweater is knitted from the top-down according to the “contiguous method”, which is a way to start knitting flat at the neckline, in back and forth rows, and increases to form the shoulders and then the top of the sleeves. When the front of the garment has reached the required number of stitches, the work is closed to finish in the round.
