Gabriel’s Gang
A strikingly different pattern to knit for Your Christmas Tree
A collection of heirloom quality 3-D lace knitted angels
for you to make for your special people
Either to hang on the tree, decorate your Christmas table,
or just to sit on a shelf. They make highly desirable bazaar/
Christmas fayre saleable items.
This fun pattern includes :
Instructions for 6 different exquisite lace designs to make 6” tall x 3.5 “ wide Angel hanging decorations
with twirly-curly hair and very pretty lace dresses.
For all of you who dislike D.P’s and knitting
in the round, this pattern is knitted on 2 straight needles.
I have used 4 ply cotton but you could equally make them in DK if you have plenty of that in your oddments. They would just come up a little bigger.
You will not require any bought haberdashery or trimmings
All items are entirely knitted in 4ply yarn (or DK)
These are designed to be toys as well as decorations,
to be loved and handled by small hands. Therefore
they do not contain cardboard, wire, straws or any choking hazards.
They can be made from left over yarn and will be totally
safe for all ages. All parts can be
knitted, usually from left over yarn you already have.
This pattern is quite straightforward to follow and I am happy
to give guidance and help. I am always at the end of an email.
If you are a beginner/basic knitter don’t look at the picture and think ‘I can’t do that’ - I bet you can with support from me. I don’t do ‘difficult’ either.
For those of you who knit for profit, or particularly fund raising, you are absolutely welcome to sell your knits wherever you please with my blessing.
I am so thrilled that some of you are using my designs to help raise funds for homeless children in shelters and other worthy childrens causes.
The pattern itself however is my copyrighted design and may not be reproduced in any other form.
You are buying the PATTERN with instructions to make all items described above, NOT the actual items pictured.
