SKILLS
To knit this shawl you need to know how to knit and purl, to perform a garter tab cast-on, to pick up stitches, to make yarn overs, increases and decreases, as well as to bind off stitches.
CONSTRUCTION
This shawl is knit top-down, starting at the centre of the top border, with a garter tab cast-on, then growing to the sides and down, its final shape is triangular.

GAUGE
22 stitches and 32 rows in 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4” in stockinette stitch, without blocking.
YARN
1 skein of fingering weight yarn (approximately 400-420m / 100g; 437-459 yd / 3.52 oz) and the same amount in meters of Mohair (keep in mind that you will need less weight of Mohair than the other yarn, the important thing is to have the same number of meters). Both yarns are knitted together throughout the pattern.
NEEDLES
4 mm US 6 circular needles with a cable length of 80 cm 32”, or the required needle size to obtain gauge (without blocking).
OTHER NOTIONS
2 stitch markesr for the centre of the shawl. Tapestry needle to weave in ends.

Para tejer este chal es necesario saber tejer punto del derecho, del revés, montaje en punto del derecho, retomar puntos, echar hebra, hacer aumentos y reducciones y cerrar puntos.

22 puntos y 32 vueltas para una muestra de 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4” en punto del derecho, sin bloquear.
HILO
1 madeja de grosor fingering (entre 400-420m / 100 g; 437-459 yd / 3.52 oz) y la misma cantidad en metros de Mohair (ten en cuenta que necesitarás menos peso de mohair que del otro hilo, lo importante es que tengas el mismo número de metros). Ambos hilos se tejen juntos a lo largo del patrón.
AGUJAS
Agujas circulares de 4 mm US 6 con cable de 32” 80 cm o las necesarias para obtener la muestra de tensión (sin bloquear).
