The pattern for this Galaxy Snowflake is related to the Pointsetta Snowflake. They start in the same way, but end differently.

I make the snowflakes with Linen yarn as it has a lovely rustic look and stiffens well, but the Scheepjes yarn has better stitch definition. But other yarns can of course be used too.
